Covid 19 measures

Dear guest

For your and our own protection, we have adapted the following facilities and services in line with the health authorities' regulations and recommendations:

First and foremost, it's important that you keep thinking about the main rule that we all became familiar with last year:

If you are ill - stay at home.

As of 7 December this year, new national measures were announced by the Norwegian government. Several measures are listed here, which were further strengthened from the night of 13th December. In these new measures, there are some areas that will affect our guests and ski resorts:

- It is mandatory to use a face mask where you can not keep a distance of 1 meter. At our restaurants you will find this at all entrances.

- There is otherwise a national recommendation for the use of face masks where you can not keep a sufficient distance to others.

Check-in, check-out, payment

If you have not paid for your stay in advance, please make up for it at check-in. We also want you to pay for everything you buy at the hotel on an ongoing basis. This way you will only be able to drop your keys and let them know you are leaving. This way we can avoid long queues at check-out. We ask you to avoid cash payment: Feel free to pay by card, Applepay or Vipps.

Restaurant & bar service

- 1 meter distance between guests and face mask where you can not hold 1 meter.

- No alcohol serving.

- All guests must register at the restaurant (SafeSpot as last year).

Lift pass

All guests must purchase a lift pass online. It is the cheapest, easiest and saves both you and us from queues and congestion.

Jacuzzi, sauna and pool

This is open to hotel guests only. Only 20 people are allowed in the pool at the same time from the 17th of December. And from the 17th of December the pool is reserved for hotel guests. If there are new infection control rules or regulations, we will close this at short notice.

The measures apply from 7 December and 4 weeks ahead (updated 10-12-2021)
